+What are the house rules I should observe at #RGB?

House Rules
1. Please observe the “no soiled footwear” signs and keep the place clean.
2. Basic cleaning is required after use, or an additional $80 cleaning fee might be imposed. Trash must be double bagged and can be left near the entrance. Basic cleaning comprises: (a) bag all trash, (b) return all equipment to their original positions, (c) rinse glasses you used. If the floor is dirty due to food and liquid consumption, mud stains, or any other introduced debris, please use a mop or broom to clean up. The vacuum cleaner can be used, but shall not be for vomitus or food/liquid spills. Leaky trash bags may cause additional cleaning fees to be imposed.
3. Return all shifted furniture to its original position. The pool table cannot be shifted asdamages can result.
4. No excessively loud music, shouting or rowdy behaviour. Keep music and karaoke volumelow before 10pm as there are other operators within the building. An acceptable noise level would be that of a restaurant bar. Keep all activities within the unit ONLY without accessing
other floors of the building. If a complaint due to excessive noise or trespassing is surfaced, or if the police are activated to survey, your full deposit will be forfeited.
5. Treat all equipment, games and furniture with care and respect. Damage of facilities, equipment or furniture will be subjected to replacement fees. DO NOT fiddle with the switches or disconnect/connect audio equipment, or you can be charged restoration fees.
6. No smoking, e-cigarette or shisha within the unit. Smoking area is available at the stairwellbeside the lift. Your fire safety is secured with smoke detectors within the unit. Triggering of the detectors will activate fire services and may result in forfeiture of deposit in event of non-compliant use.
7. No sexual activities, drugs or any illegal activities allowed.
8. If you wish to consume alcohol, please purchase from our partners alcohaul.sg or alcoholdelivery.com.sg (don’t worry, prices are very reasonable). Bringing your own alcohol is allowed with purchase of at least $100 from our partners.
9. For decorating the place or hanging of signs, do not use strong mounting tapes, nails, glue or any form of adhesive that will be difficult to remove or damage the surfaces. As a guide, use masking tapes or 3M command adhesive.
10. Leave on time, unless prior confirmation has been sought with us. Additional charges will apply. We need the place clean for the next group!

Non-Compliance Charges
As far as possible we wish to avoid charging additional for non-compliance. However they are necessary to recover costs and ensure we be fair to everyone. We are very sorry 🙁
(Note: This list is not exhaustive and non-compliance charges may arise at the reasonable cost for restoration, replacement or compensation directly linked to the extent of the non-compliance.)
Additional cleaning fees ($80) – If place is found dirty with glasses not washed, remnant trash or leaky trash bags, decoration not removed, food or water spills, vomitus etc.
Aircon left running ($50)
Use of strong mounting tapes or any other type of adhesive leaving visible damage to walls ($80)
Consumption of alcohol without a min purchase of $100 from partners ($100)
Access to unit such as stairwells and lift not locked ($30) – In event of theft, further investigations will be conducted and user may be made liable for lost of property.
Lost of damaged equipment (value of equipment + $20)
Shifted furniture ($50) – If furniture are not shifted back to original position.
Meddled AV equipment ($50) – If tampering of AV equipment is found, such as disconnection/connection of cables (less those allowed such as designated HDMI or audio inputs), adjusting of mixer knobs, dials or switches etc.
Excessively loud music, shouting or rowdy behaviour ($50) – An acceptable noise level would be that of a restaurant bar.
Non-spurious triggering of fire alarm ($300)
Police activated ($300)

+What kind of events can I host at #RGB?
We have played host to a wide array of events and activities including corporate meetings, brainstorming, team-bonding sessions, birthday parties, baby showers, board game nights, film screening, wine tasting sessions, art jams, seminars, workshops, press conferences and more!

+What are the payment options available?
Payments can be made via Credit Card, Bank Transfer (FAST), PayLah/PayNow.
+What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations at least 60 Calendar days prior to the event date will be entitled to a 90% refund.
Cancellations between 31-59 Calendar days, will only entitled to 50% refund. Any cancellation within 30 Calendar days as well as any no shows will not be entitled to any refund.
+Can I change the date of my booking?
All bookings may be brought forward subject to availability. Bookings may only be postponed if request is made at least 60 calendar days prior to event date.
+What is the minimum booking duration?
The minimum booking duration is 4 hours.
+What is the maximum booking duration?
There is no maximum booking duration!
+When should I make the booking for my event?
It is recommended for bookings to be made at least 1 month in advance to avoid disappointment
+Can I extend my booking?
Extensions would be charged at the prevailing hourly booking rates. Extensions made during the event
will be charged at $150 per hour, subject to availability.
+Can I have additional setup time?
All bookings are entitled to 30 minutes of setup time. All guests are expected to leave on time or there
will be additional charges.
+Do you provide alcohol?
Yes, we have an Alcohol partner providing exclusive discounts only for customers at #RGB.
+Do you provide food catering?
Yes, we have a partner caterer providing exclusive discounts only for customers at #RGB.
+Do you provide desserts catering?
Yes, we have a dessert caterer providing exclusive discounts only for customers at #RGB.
+Can I engage an external vendor for alcohol or food catering?
Yes, you may exchange external caterers at no additional cost. Please ensure that the vendor clears their set-up before the end of your booking.
+Can I put up decorations in the venue?
Yes, you may put up your own decorations, but you must remove them before your event ends. Any damage to walls, paint or furniture caused by these decorations would be charged accordingly.
+How do I enter and leave the venue?
Access code to enter the venue will be sent to you via email, exactly 48 hours prior to your event. All
instructions will also be sent to you via email.
+Do I have to pay to use the facilities in the venue?
No, all facilities are free for usage.
+Are there speakers provided in the venue?
Yes, we provide speakers in all our venues and you may connect to the speaker using the AUX cable provided.
+Can we move the furniture in the venue?
Yes, you may move the furniture in the venue, but they must be moved back to the original position before the end of your event. Any damages caused during moving will be charged accordingly.
Manpower charges will apply if furniture is not returned to the original position.
+Are there parking lots available near the venue?
Yes, all our venues are surrounded by public carparks. Parking charges will apply.
+Are pets allowed in the venue?
Pets are not allowed in the venue. Exceptions may be granted on a case by case basis.
