Fridays, Saturdays and Eve of PHs Hourly: $160/hr (min 5 hrs)*
Fridays and Eve of PHs Bundled slot 7pm till late – $1,080*
*Note: Seasonal rates apply for Chinese New Year, Christmas and New Year Eves.

Cleaning Fee and Security Deposit
Cleaning fee of $60 applies as per industry practice.
While you are require to return the unit at a basic level of cleanliness, extra cleaning is necessary for such as mopping the floor and cleaning the toilets.
A security deposit of $300 is required and will be refunded if no rules are breached.
We wish to return in full so please don’t break anything or excessively dirty the place. Read our House Rules here
